Photos and graphics developed by contractors for FAA become the property of the FAA and, therefore, are in the public domain.

Photos and graphics produced for licensed-use are separate from those developed for the FAA, and carry a fee for use. Contact your Web Liaison if you want to use a licensed-use photo or graphic.
