Welcome to the New MyFAA

We're pleased to announce several enhancements — including a redesign — of the MyFAA employee website. This round of enhancements represents the first step of many toward our goal of improving the overall online experience for FAA employees.

Why did we improve the MyFAA website?

As an FAA employee, you need to find key information and accomplish critical tasks as quickly and easily as possible. Website content must provide easy-to-understand answers to your most common questions. This first round of enhancements addresses some of the most common tasks employees perform, such as finding core compensation pay information, and focuses on improving visual design, navigation, usability, and content layout.

How did we decide what to improve?

The FAA Web Team partnered with the Office of Human Resources and industry experts in Usability and User-Centered Design to identify key areas to target for improvement. The new website addresses high-priority improvements and sets a foundation for future improvements. It's important to know that we are not finished. We will continue to tackle usability and content issues and use your feedback to ensure that we are prioritizing each improvement and generating the most value to your experience.
