This Order establishes the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA’s) agency-wide Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, as amended, (PRA) Policy. Federal Agencies are required to minimize the paperwork burden on the public in accordance with the PRA (44 United States Code (U.S.C.) Chapter 35) and Title 5 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR), Part 1320.
