- This notice releases interim changes to Order 8000.90B, Air Traffic Safety Oversight Credentialing and Control Tower Operator Certification Programs, dated February 17, 2015, to add two new ratings to Air Traffic Safety Oversight Service (AOV) Credentials. The new ratings are (1) Weather and (2) Power. It also changes the name of the Navigational Aid (NAVAID) rating to Navigation (NAVAID) and the Communications rating to Communication. The interim changes in this Notice will be incorporated in the next revision to Order 8000.90B
