This policy provides guidance and procedures for tracking the use of refrigerants regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that are used in equipment at Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Organization (ATO) facilities. This policy is intended to provide guidance on compliance with Clean Air Act (CAA) Section 608 recordkeeping requirements and is not a comprehensive document on all the requirements included in Section 608 or the entire CAA.
