FLIGHT HOURS FOR CORPORATIONS NOT U.S. CITIZENS
After registering an aircraft under 14 CFR 47.9, the Registry sends the AC Form 8050-117 to the registered owner at the address of record for their completion and return to the Registry. 14 CFR 47.9 requires the Non-Citizen Corporation to whom the aircraft is registered to report the segmentation of its flight hours every six months. The form is sent only to the limited number of owners registered under 47.9 for their use in meeting this requirement.
