This web form version dated 10/1/2023 supersedes all previous versions and includes the following changes:

  • Replaces the previous Excel version with a cloud-based forms version in the Electronic Records Repository Administration (ERRA) Tool.
  • Updates OFP Metadata fields to better match new NARA metadata requirements as of 9/2023.
  • Secures all office file plans to certified records management staff in the roles of Records Liaison Officer (RLO), Records Coordinator (RC), and File Custodian(FC).
  • Supports FAA modernization of records management processes as mandated by the National Archive and Records Administration (NARA) and OMB M-23-07 as part of the federal government-wide “Transition to electronic records management”.

The Web-based Office File Plan (OFP) can be accessed at https://erra.crm9.dynamics.com/main.aspx by authorized staff.

Please note: Office file plans are now secured to certified records management staff in the roles of Records Liaison Officer (RLO), Records Coordinator (RC), and File Custodian(FC). Other staff should meet with staff in these roles for access or questions related to records management.
